About
A product QA and coordination operator with design roots
I trained in interactive media and interaction design in Canada, then started my career in UX/UI and web design. At Design Junction, the work expanded beyond design into product development support, factory communication, product QA, technical specifications, sample review and e-commerce execution for their clients.
Recent consulting work has focused on product launch readiness, product data and storefront QA, while my core specialization remains sample review, supplier feedback and hardware QA for physical consumer products.
